The 30th Pakistan HVACR International Expo & Conference 2025 has been rescheduled from April 5-7, 2025, to June 19-21, 2025, at the Lahore International Expo Centre.
The organizers stated, “This decision was made in response to concerns raised by our esteemed exhibitors and stakeholders, who highlighted potential conflicts with the Eid-ul-Fitr holidays.”
The originally scheduled dates were very close to the Eid holidays, which could impact visitor participation, exhibitor engagement, and logistics. Many exhibitors reached out, requesting a date change to ensure maximum business opportunities and attendance, said Syed Fakkhi Iftikhar, Chairman of the Organizing Committee, in a press release.
Considering these factors and with the industry’s best interests in mind, the Organizing Committee has decided to reschedule the event to June 19-21, 2025.
“We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and continued support. Our commitment to delivering a successful, impactful, and dynamic event remains unwavering,” he said.
He also mentioned that they look forward to welcoming attendees in June 2025 for an even bigger and better 30th Pakistan HVACR International Expo & Conference.
