Pakistan Synthetic Limited has reappointed Khurshid Akhtar as Chairman of the company, according to a notice sent to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX).
The company stated:
“We are pleased to inform you that the Board of Directors has reappointed Mr. Khurshid Akhtar as Chairman of the Board for another term of three years.”
Additionally, the Board has also reappointed Mr. Yakoob Haji Karim as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for a three-year term.
