Haleon Pakistan Limited has announced a key leadership transition as part of its global talent development strategy. Mr. Farhan Muhammad Haroon, the current Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of the Board, will be transferred to Haleon South Africa as General Manager, effective June 1, 2025.
The Board of Directors has approved Mr. Haroon’s transfer, recognizing his outstanding contributions to the company’s growth and performance in Pakistan. He will continue to serve in his current role until May 31, 2025.
To ensure a smooth leadership transition, Mr. Qawi Naseer has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer (Designate) and will formally assume the role of CEO and Executive Director on June 1, 2025. He is set to join the company on April 28, 2025.
Mr. Naseer is a seasoned business leader with extensive experience in the consumer goods industry, known for driving innovation and transformative growth. The Board extended a warm welcome to Mr. Naseer and expressed confidence in his ability to lead the company into its next phase of development.
A formal announcement in line with PUCARS requirements will be made upon Mr. Naseer’s official assumption of his new role.
