International Steels Limited (ISL) has successfully completed and commissioned a 6.4 MW solar power project at its manufacturing facility in Karachi. The company disclosed the development in a notice to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), confirming that the solar plant is now fully operational.
“This initiative aligns with International Steels Limited’s long-term sustainability strategy, reinforcing our commitment to energy efficiency, environmental responsibility, and cost optimization,” the statement said. The project is expected to generate significant operational savings while contributing to a reduced carbon footprint.
