Flying Cement Company has reappointed Mr. Kamran Khan as Chairman of the Board for another three-year term, according to a notification shared with the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX).
Additionally, the company has reappointed Mr. Agha Humayoun Khan as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for a period of three months.
The notice to the PSX states:
“We are pleased to inform you that the Board of Directors of our Company has reappointed Mr. Kamran Khan as the Chairman of the Board of Directors for another term of three years.”
Appointment of Chief Executive (CEO):
“We are pleased to inform you that the Board of Directors of our Company has reappointed Mr. Agha Humayoun Khan as the Chief Executive of the Company for a period of three months.” – ENGINEERING REVIEW
