The Board of Directors of Tri-Pack Films Limited has appointed Numan Noor as the Chief Executive Officer of the company after Nasir Jamal decided to resign, according to information shared with the Pakistan Stock Exchange.
The company’s notice reads: “Mr. Nasir Jamal, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Tri-Pack Films Limited (the “Company”), has submitted his resignation, effective June 15, 2025, but will continue to support the Packages Group in an advisory capacity.”
The Board of Directors expresses its sincere gratitude to Mr. Nasir Jamal for his invaluable contributions to the Company over the years and extends its best wishes for his future endeavors.
The Board has appointed Mr. Numan Noor as the Deputy CEO of the Company. He will take over from Mr. Nasir Jamal on June 15, 2025, subject to compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
Tri-Pack Films Limited was incorporated in Pakistan on April 29, 1993, as a public limited company under the repealed Companies Ordinance, 1984. It is primarily engaged in the manufacturing and sale of Biaxially Oriented Polypropylene (BOPP) film and Cast Polypropylene (CPP) film.
