Eco-Green Motors Limited has successfully assembled and delivered over 300 electric vehicles under a toll manufacturing arrangement for the Honri-VE brand, according to a disclosure submitted to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX).
The update was shared in compliance with Section 96 of the Securities Act, 2015 and Clause 5.6.1(a) of PSX Regulations. The company reaffirmed its earlier communication dated October 11, 2024, regarding the agreement with its associated company, Eco-Green Motors Limited, for assembling electric vehicles.
“By the grace of Almighty Allah, we would like to inform you that to date more than 300 units of electric vehicles have successfully been assembled and handed over to Eco-Green Motors Limited for onward deliveries to customers,” the statement read.
The management expressed appreciation to stakeholders for their support and confidence in the company, particularly after the recent restart of its manufacturing operations. The update signifies a steady step forward in Pakistan’s EV sector, boosting optimism about local EV production capacity.
The PSX was requested to inform the TRE Certificate Holders accordingly.
