Mughal Iron & Steel Industries Limited has informed the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on Monday, November 10, 2025, reappointed Mr. Mirza Javed Iqbal as Chairman of the Board and Mr. Khurram Javaid as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for a term of three years.
The meeting was held at the company’s registered office located at 31-A, Shadman I, Lahore, at 12:30 p.m.
Reappointment & Reconstitution
According to the company’s filing, the Board also finalized the revised composition of its key committees, including the Audit Committee, Human Resource & Remuneration (HR&R) Committee, and Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) Committee.
The reconstituted Board of Directors comprises:
Mr. Mirza Javed Iqbal – Chairman (Non-Executive Director)
Mr. Khurram Javaid – Chief Executive Officer / Executive Director
Mr. Shoaib Ahmad Khan – Independent, Non-Executive Director
Mr. Jamshed Iqbal – Executive Director
Mr. Muhammad Aslam Bhatti – Independent, Non-Executive Director
Mrs. Samina Jamshed – Non-Executive Director
Mr. Muhammad Mateen Jamshed – Non-Executive Director
