ASHRAE Pakistan Chapter Set to Host HVACR Trends 5.0 on December 12

Organizers stated that the event aims to highlight the rapid advancements in the HVACR sector, particularly the role of artificial intelligence, modern engineering solutions, and sustainable practices in addressing Pakistan’s environmental challenges.

The program will begin with the assembly of guests at 10:00 am, followed by the recitation of the Holy Quran and the national anthem. Opening remarks will be delivered by Omer Khan, Chairman of the Organizing Committee, after which Shuja Khalid, President of ASHRAE Pakistan Chapter, will address the participants.

Distinguished speakers scheduled to deliver remarks include Dr. Tufail, Vice Chancellor of NED University of Engineering and Technology; Engr. Sohail Bashir, Chairman of the Institution of Engineers Pakistan; and Yousuf Hasan, President of Pakistan HVACR Society (PHVACRS). A representative from the Ministry of Climate Change & Environmental Coordination (MoCC&EC) is also expected to speak on the government’s sustainability priorities.

A keynote address will be delivered by Farooq Mehboob, Presidential Member of ASHRAE, focusing on global trends and future directions for the HVACR industry.

The event will conclude with an address by the Chief Guest, presentation of souvenirs, and a ribbon-cutting ceremony marking the exhibition walkthrough.
