Zuma Resources Ltd has approved a strategic partnership with Telna North America, Inc. and decided to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary in the United Kingdom to expand its global telecommunications and connectivity services.
The decisions were taken at a meeting of the company’s board of directors held on March 12, 2026, according to a disclosure by Zuma Resources Ltd.
Under the approved plan, the company will enter into a collaboration agreement with Telna North America, a global telecom connectivity platform that provides eSIM, physical SIM, and mobile network services across more than 200 countries through partnerships with international mobile operators.
The proposed partnership is aimed at enabling Zuma Resources to expand its international digital telecom services. The company expects the collaboration to generate projected annual revenues of around $3 million to $5 million in the initial phase of operations, subject to regulatory approvals and the commercial rollout of services.
According to the company, the collaboration will focus on launching global eSIM and physical SIM connectivity services, providing mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) enablement, facilitating international roaming services, and offering telecom infrastructure solutions. The partnership will also support the integration of telecom services into the company’s global connectivity platforms and help expand its presence in international telecom markets.
The company said the initiative is part of its broader strategy to diversify operations and enter the global digital connectivity sector by delivering innovative telecom solutions to international customers.
In a related move, the board has also approved the incorporation of a wholly-owned subsidiary in the United Kingdom, subject to obtaining the required regulatory approvals.
The UK-based subsidiary will serve as the company’s international operational hub and will be responsible for managing international telecom partnerships, operating global connectivity services, and executing agreements with global telecom operators, including Telna North America.
The subsidiary will also oversee global distribution activities and technology integrations related to the company’s telecom and digital connectivity initiatives.
Zuma Resources said the establishment of the UK subsidiary would strengthen its global footprint and support the implementation of its international telecom expansion strategy. – ER News Desk
