
TFP Solutions Bhd has announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, MBP Solutions Sdn Bhd, has entered into a strategic collaboration with the ASEAN Cooperatives Organisation (ACO) to jointly develop and distribute an AI-powered wellness Medical Card programme.
In a filing to the stock exchange, the company said the initiative will target ACO cooperative members across ASEAN as well as international markets.
The agreement will remain in effect for five years from the date of execution.
TFP said the collaboration forms part of its strategy to strengthen its presence in the digital solutions and insurtech sectors through MBP’s partnership with VSure Tech Sdn Bhd.
Under the initiative, AI-driven medical and wellness card solutions will be offered to ACO members across the 10 ASEAN member states, representing a network of approximately 66.6 million cooperative members.
The company stated that the partnership is expected to expand its market reach, enhance its portfolio of value-added digital services, and contribute positively to its long-term growth prospects.
According to TFP, the collaboration reflects its commitment to developing innovative digital lifestyle and healthcare solutions while leveraging the extensive regional network of the ASEAN cooperative sector.ERMD
