
Aurion.AI Limited, a subsidiary of Symmetry Group Limited, has formally submitted its application for listing on the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) through its Consultant to the Issue, LSE Capital Limited.
The company has successfully uploaded its Prospectus and related documentation on the PRIDE portal for review and approval by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) and the Pakistan Stock Exchange as part of the listing process.
Aurion.AI plans to raise Rs750 million through an Initial Public Offering (IPO) at a floor price of Rs5.00 per share. The proposed listing marks another significant milestone for Symmetry Group Limited as it seeks to expand its footprint in Pakistan’s rapidly evolving technology and artificial intelligence sector.
In a communication to stakeholders, Symmetry Group Limited expressed optimism that Aurion.AI would soon become another listed entity of the Symmetry family on the PSX.
The company reiterated its commitment to continuous improvement and delivering sustainable value to its shareholders. It also informed that relevant market participants, including TREC holders, may be notified accordingly.
Aurion.AI’s proposed public offering is expected to provide the company with additional capital to support its strategic objectives and future growth plans, while offering investors an opportunity to participate in the country’s emerging AI-driven technology landscape. – ER
