The Board of Directors of Crescent Cotton Mills Limited has reappointed Mr. Taimur Amjad as Chairman of the Board and Mr. Abid Mahmood as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for fresh three-year terms.
According to a notification submitted to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), Mr. Taimur Amjad will continue to serve as Chairman of the company for the next term of three years commencing from May 18, 2026.
The company also announced the reappointment of Mr. Abid Mahmood as Chief Executive Officer for another three-year term, effective from June 1, 2026.
The decision was approved by the Board of Directors and communicated through an official notice issued by the company secretary.
The reappointments reflect the board’s confidence in the leadership of both executives as the company continues its operations in Pakistan’s textile sector.
The notification was submitted to the Pakistan Stock Exchange for the information of shareholders and stakeholders.
