IPAK has announced plans to expand its international footprint by establishing a new subsidiary in Portugal through its wholly owned Dubai-based subsidiary, IPAK Connect Packaging Materials Trading FZCO.
According to the company, IPAK Connect has resolved to incorporate a wholly owned subsidiary in Portugal, subject to obtaining the required legal, regulatory and corporate approvals. Once established, the new entity will be fully owned by IPAK Connect, making it an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of IPAK within the Group.
The move is part of IPAK’s strategy to strengthen its presence in Europe by enhancing customer engagement, expanding marketing and distribution activities, and supporting future business growth across European markets.
The company said the new subsidiary will serve as a platform to reinforce its commercial operations in the region while positioning the Group to capitalise on new opportunities and deepen its reach in the European packaging materials market. – ERMD
