Kohinoor Power Company Limited (KPCL) has announced the appointment of Mr. M. Zeid Yousuf Saigol as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company for a term of three years, effective November 5, 2025.
The appointment has been made in accordance with the provisions of Section 187 of the Companies Act, 2017 and was approved by the Board of Directors of Kohinoor Power Company Limited.
Mr. Zeid Yousuf Saigol brings with him extensive experience in the industrial and energy sectors and is a member of the renowned Saigol Group, one of Pakistan’s leading business conglomerates with diversified interests in textiles, energy, and finance. His leadership is expected to further strengthen the company’s strategic direction and operational excellence.
