Pak Elektron Limited has announced that its 70th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on April 28, 2026, at its factory premises on Ferozepur Road, Lahore.
According to a notice submitted to the Pakistan Stock Exchange, shareholders will consider key agenda items including confirmation of minutes of the Extraordinary General Meeting held on October 21, 2025, approval of audited financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2025, and appointment of auditors for the next term along with fixation of their remuneration.
The company also stated that its share transfer books will remain closed from April 22 to April 28, 2026. Members have been facilitated with both physical and video-link participation options for the meeting in line with regulatory guidelines.
Shareholders have been advised to ensure timely submission of proxy forms and update their contact details where necessary. The annual report has been made available electronically, with hard copies provided upon request. ER News Desk
