
The Adviser to the Prime Minister on Privatisation, Muhammad Ali, held a fruitful meeting with the Minister of Energy and Natural Resources of the Republic of Türkiye during his visit to the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources in Ankara yesterday.
The two dignitaries discussed opportunities to further strengthen bilateral cooperation in the energy sector, enhance investment partnerships, and expand collaboration between Pakistan and Türkiye. The discussions also covered avenues for promoting private sector participation, advancing strategic partnerships, and exchanging experiences in energy sector development and reform.
The meeting underscored the longstanding brotherly ties between Pakistan and Türkiye and reaffirmed the shared commitment of both countries to deepening economic engagement and institutional cooperation for mutual benefit.
Muhammad Ali commended Türkiye’s notable achievements in the energy sector and expressed Pakistan’s strong interest in broadening cooperation in areas of mutual interest. Both sides agreed to maintain close engagement and explore new opportunities for future collaboration. – ERMD
