Zuma Resources Signs Global Connectivity Deal with US-Based Telna

Under the agreement, Telna will provide Zuma access to its multi-IMSI global connectivity infrastructure, enabling the company to offer a range of international mobile services, including eSIM connectivity, mobile data, voice and SMS, and global roaming across multiple networks.

As part of the commercial arrangement, Zuma will have the right to launch and operate its own global telecom brand, deliver services to end users worldwide, and function as a reseller and service provider across various jurisdictions. The company will also be able to integrate third-party partners while maintaining flexibility through a multi-supplier operating model.

Zuma said it aims to leverage the partnership to develop and operate its proprietary global telecom platform, supported by Telna’s infrastructure and network integrations.

The agreement, which carries an initial term of three years, is expected to help Zuma enter the fast-growing global eSIM and digital connectivity market, build scalable revenue streams, and strengthen its position in international telecom and digital infrastructure sectors. The company also plans to expand into markets including Europe and the United Kingdom.

As part of its future strategy, Zuma is evaluating the possibility of obtaining a Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) license from the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority, subject to regulatory approvals.

The company stated it will continue to explore strategic initiatives to enhance its telecom offerings and create long-term shareholder value through innovation and global partnerships. – ER News Desk
