Al-Ghazi Tractors Limited (AGTL) has announced the relocation of its registered office from Karachi (Sindh) to Lahore (Punjab), following the approval of shareholders at the Company’s Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) held on November 04, 2025.
The members, through a special resolution, approved the change of the Company’s registered office and the corresponding amendment to Clause II of the Memorandum of Association, in accordance with Sections 21 and 32 of the Companies Act, 2017.
As per the approved resolution:
The registered office of Al-Ghazi Tractors Limited has been shifted from:
“Tractor House, Plot No. 102-B, 16th East Street, DHA Phase I, Off Korangi Road, Karachi”
to: “Al-Ghazi Tractors Limited, 10 KM Sheikhupura Road, Lahore.”
Clause II of the Memorandum of Association has been amended to read:
“The Registered Office of the Company will be situated in the Province of Punjab.”
Corporate News
The Company Secretary has been authorized to undertake all necessary actions, filings, and formalities with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) and the Registrar of Companies to give full effect to the resolutions.
This strategic move marks a significant shift in Al-Ghazi Tractors Limited’s corporate structure and regional presence, aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and proximity to key markets. – ER News Desk
