The Board of Directors of The Searle Company Limited, in its meeting held on January 14, 2026, in Karachi, has appointed Arshad Anis as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from today, January 14, 2026.
Moreover, the board has also appointed Zubair Razzak Palwala as a member of the Audit Committee, replacing Adnan Asdar Ali.
