Ghani Value Glass Limited has announced the appointment of its new leadership following a resolution passed by the Board of Directors through circulation on April 9, 2026.
According to a notice submitted to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the Board has elected Mr. Imtiaz Ahmad Khan as Chairman and appointed Mr. Anwaar Ahmad Khan as Chief Executive Officer of the company for a term of three years.
The appointments reflect the company’s strategic direction to strengthen governance and operational leadership as it continues to expand its footprint in the glass manufacturing sector.
Ghani Value Glass Limited is part of the Ghani Group and is engaged in the manufacturing and sale of value-added glass products. The company primarily produces mirror-coated glass, tempered glass, and other processed glass products used in construction, automotive, and household applications. With a growing presence in both local and export markets, the company has positioned itself as a key player in Pakistan’s glass industry. – ER News Desk
