Worldcall Telecom Limited on Thursday announced that its Board of Directors has approved the establishment of a wholly owned subsidiary in the United Arab Emirates to manage its international operations.
The development was disclosed in a notice submitted to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX).
In the same meeting, the board also approved a proposal to change the company’s name to “WorldCall Technologies Limited,” subject to formal approvals from the Registrar and the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP), along with other relevant regulatory clearances.
The move is seen as part of the company’s strategy to expand its global footprint and align its identity with evolving technological services.
