HVACR Trends 5.0 began today (December 12, 2025) at the Karachi Marriott Hotel. The grand event, expected to bring together industry leaders, engineers, researchers, and technology experts, will focus on the theme “Smart Decarbonization: AI, Innovation, and Sustainability in Pakistan.”
The event aims to highlight the rapid advancements in the HVACR sector, particularly the role of artificial intelligence, modern engineering solutions, and sustainable practices in addressing Pakistan’s environmental challenges.
Before the ribbon-cutting ceremony, distinguished speakers Dr. Muhammad Tufail, Vice Chancellor of NED University of Engineering and Technology, and Yousuf Hasan, President of the Pakistan HVACR Society (PHVACRS), addressed the audience. The keynote speaker, Farooq Mehboob, Presidential Member of ASHRAE, focused on global trends and future directions for the HVACR industry.
